Chris Barry and Richard Paul are joined by a rotating cast of music directors on this uplifting improvised musical exploration. \nSteven Mangold and Nathaniel Blackowiak will be opening with Long Form Troupe “The Bigger Siblings.” \nDoors open at 6:30\, show begins at 7:00 PM. $10 online or at the door. DESCRIPTION:Join Richard Paul and Chris Barry for an 8 week improv curriculum. Whether you are a beginner or a twenty year veteran this class is for you. \nBeginners–At the end of the semester you will have an understanding of improv acting\, increased confidence in creating and making choices and have the ability to play with authenticity\, coherence and fun! \nAdvanced–At the end of the semester you will be able to play with more advanced comedy technique and theory\, consistently improvise scenes that resonate\, delight and build no matter who you play with and more quickly develop\, create and execute a variety of improv forms. \nEveryone–Have a better sense of how teamwork can work for everyone! \nThere will be several performance opportunities in this program. \nCourse Begins April 3 and runs every first and third Wednesday of the month until July 17th. You can drop in to each class for $25 for no performance track. Class time: 6:30-9 PM. $200 for the full eight week program.
